Learning to Live from the Inside Out Trusting Your Inner Voice to Work for You

We have more information about everything and everybody than we can possibly contain!  Our culture bombards us with huge dollops of continual data about and simultaneous expectations from:
  • work, family, schools, religion
  • politics, media, pop-culture
  • technology, fashion, health

How many of us feel out of balance? Overwhelmed? Wondering how to prioritize?

What gets lost in all these sound bites is our ability to be quiet, to listen to our own inner voice, that instinctive part of human nature which is deep within our psyches, and has been since the beginning.

Children often blow our minds with their intrinsic knowledge. They just know things, and can't explain how they know.  Unfortunately, many of us learned not to value or honor this part of our nature. I remember clearly as a child being told that I had an "over-active imagination" when I tried to tell what I knew. Overtime, I stopped "listening" to my intrinsic self and certainly stopped trusting  its value.

Do you want to reclaim your balance? It is time to learn how to turn off the external noise by not mindlessly reacting, but by responding to life with choices from the inside, in creative, spiritual and practical ways.

Learning to live from the inside out is one of the great adventures of maturity! It is a choice!  I still find myself humming the Simon and Garfunkel song of my youth when life speeds up.Slow down, you move too fast.
You got to make the mornin' last.
Yep! Life speeds up as we mature and can so easily careen past our control. Learning to live from the inside out-make the mornin'last-- puts you back in charge in a profound, creative and dynamic way. Slow down and LISTEN; TRUST what you hear; ACT on its wisdom.
